We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will lead, oversee, and manage real estate developments, ensuring projects are completed on time, meet the desired goals, and maintain our high standards. You’ll be our go-to person for everything related to project timelines, organization, and execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and Analyze Projects: Track the progress of financed real estate projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and deliver the expected results.
• Commercial Development: Help expand our portfolio by engaging with new developers and identifying investment opportunities.
• Client Relations: Maintain regular communication with developers to assess project feasibility and ensure smooth operations.
• Report Management: Oversee the production of quarterly reports for investors, ensuring accuracy and timely publication.
• Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and report critical issues in ongoing projects to ensure swift resolution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Risk Analyst to provide necessary documentation and ensure smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build real estate investment strategies by assessing market trends.
• Engage with developers and other stakeholders to offer Walliance’s services.
• Evaluate and analyze transactions to ensure they meet company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports for internal use and presentation to the Evaluation Committee.
• Stay updated with market trends, sharing insights with the team to help identify new business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in property development analysis.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to evaluate metrics and market trends.
• Excellent skills in spreadsheet creation and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of investment regulations and private construction laws.
• Strong data analysis and research skills.
• Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish) for verbal and written communication.
• Experience in project management with a track record of overseeing complex real estate transactions.
• Proficiency in CRM and Marketing Automation software.
• Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
